The drone’s measuring equipment measures up to hundreds of points per square/cubic metre and can thus provide an extremely detailed estimate of the volume.
Thanks to adapted software, calculating and reading out the volumes is very easy.

The flight with a drone is also extremely safe and fast. Measuring a large area only takes about 30 minutes. And if fixed GCPs (Ground Control Points) are available, it can take 10-20min depending on size.

It is also a safe way of working where the drone automatically flies a pattern and places you safely on the terrain. You don’t have to move or climb on the volumes.
